I do yoga daily and it has helped me in so many ways in my life to have s sharp mind and live healthily.
I have been doing yoga for over 15 years now and since 2020 I got seriously active with daily practising. During the lockdown, I needed mindful training that I can do when I was at home and work all day in front of the PC.

Every day first thing in the morning in meditation and then Yoga.
The above pose took over a year and half of daily practice and now I can do it anywhere anytime.
Recently i mastered a handf stand as well and below is photo taken at Bournemouth.
When I stay at hotels the morning always starts with Yoga and the below picture was taken at the Best Western Hotel in Bournemouth.
