Ever wonder who the world’s first-ever blogger was?
I was reading the article about what is a blog on Hubspot and found that Justin Hall was the first-ever blogger and he created the first blog, Links.net.
I just had a look at links.net and just homepage with mostly links.
Wikipedia says, “Justin is an American journalist and entrepreneur, best known as a pioneer blogger.”
He still runs his blog as the first days and many links and as a home page personal blog.
You can video below video and one best thing he says is everyone should have a blog site. So watch it fully and think about how you can start a blog that matters.
If you are keen on blogging for business and looking for the best way to earn money blogging, then head over SeekaHost University and start learning how to create a blog.
It was cited on Hubspot that:
In 1997, Jorn Barger, blogger for Robot Wisdom, coined the term “weblog”, which was meant to describe his process for “logging the web” as he surfed the internet. The term “weblog” was shortened to “blog” in 1999, by programmer Peter Merholz.
Starting a blog was one of the best things I did back in 2013 and that lead me to write about topics that I like. Eventually, as blog traffic grew I started to get people contacting me asking for SEO services as to how I did rank on Google for search phrases. So that got me in to the SEO consulting business and establishing my digital agency ClickDo Ltd. in the UK.
